Family Life Group (FLG) strengthens and supports families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes, and publicity efforts. The Services Division oversees a range of services designed to build and support families at different life stages. We believe that strong families form the core of a strong society. The Baby Bonus and Leave Branch administer the Baby Bonus Scheme and the Government-Paid Leave Schemes, which are key initiatives to support Marriage and Parenthood. Responsibilities This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your investigation and enforcement skills to safeguard the integrity of Baby Bonus and the Government-Paid Leave schemes. You will lead investigations to ensure compliance with Baby Bonus and Government-Paid Leave Schemes through three main areas: 1. Strategic Development - Develop and refine enforcement frameworks and lead data-driven investigations within set timelines 2. Investigation Management - Conduct interviews, gather evidence, perform field visits, and take enforcement actions to recover scheme benefits and claims where rules are breached 3. Stakeholder Collaboration - Prepare investigation reports, work with legal teams and enforcement agencies, oversee prosecution processes, and obtaining reports from scheme beneficiaries and stakeholders relating to potential fraudulent claims or misuses of scheme benefits. Requirements • Relevant qualification in any field of study with minimum 5 years of investigation experience, including strong competency in statement taking and interviewing techniques • Working knowledge of Singapore's criminal justice system and civil proceedings processes • Preferably with experience in collaborative work with legal advisors and enforcement agencies, proficiency in data analytics and automation tools (Excel, Power BI, Python), and strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills • Demonstrated integrity, sound judgement, and ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure Work location is in Bishan.
