Position Overview We are seeking a Product Manager (formerly Business Analyst also would be considered) to drive user engagement and stakeholder management for our cybersecurity solutions, working closely with the lead Product/Programme Manager. This role is instrumental in shaping product strategy, understanding user needs, measuring product impact, and translating security requirements into valuable features. You will lead sprint ceremonies and work hand-in-hand with development teams to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence. The role involves facilitating agile ceremonies, managing sprint backlogs, and fostering a culture of iterative development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and develop cybersecurity solutions. You are also required to take on product management responsibilities, including strategic roadmap planning and continuous security posture assessment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Management: • Partner with lead Product/Programme Manager to develop and execute product strategy and vision • Own and drive specific product features or components of the cybersecurity solution • Develop and maintain product roadmap in alignment with overall strategy • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions • Build compelling business cases for new features and improvements • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned features User Engagement & Stakeholder Management: • Drive user research initiatives to deeply understand user needs and pain points • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Collaborate with UX teams and development team to design intuitive security solutions • Lead regular product reviews and feedback sessions with users and stakeholders • Transform user insights into actionable product requirements Agile & Development Team Collaboration: • Lead and facilitate all sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team • Manage sprint backlogs and ensure alignment with product roadmap • Work closely with engineering leads to remove blockers and optimise team velocity • Foster an environment of collaborative problem-solving and innovation • Ensure clear communication of product requirements and acceptance criteria • Balance technical debt with new feature development • Facilitate technical discussions between product and engineering teams • Prioritise and manage product backlog based on business value and technical constraints • Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions • Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies • Ensure product compliance with security standards and regulations • Monitor and analyse product metrics to drive data-informed decisions Required Qualifications • 3-5 years of product management experience, with demonstrated success in driving product roadmaps and strategy • Background in or exposure to cybersecurity solutions is strongly preferred. • Track record of end-to-end product delivery in enterprise software. • Proven experience working in agile development environments and leading cross-functional teams • Experience in stakeholder management across different organisational levels • Demonstrated experience in product discovery, development, and launch • Experience in gathering and translating customer requirements into product features • History of successful collaboration with engineering teams in agile environments • Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks • Expertise in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, product analytics tools) • Understanding of software development lifecycle • Knowledge of UX principles and design thinking • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Singaporean only.
