You will be part of a dynamic team driving the design, development, and delivery of enterprise digital initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to MSD’s vision of becoming a resilient, data-driven, and intelligent digital organisation by delivering solutions that are scalable, secure, and architected to industry best practices. You will drive and maintain oversight of the product development journey, as well as review, enhance, and recommend new development processes and architectures to ensure agility, quality, and compliance with established enterprise IT frameworks and best practices. This is both a digital and cybersecurity role, where you will balance digital demands with cybersecurity frameworks and controls to effectively govern the digital portfolio. Responsibilities You will be leading the development and integration of digital products across various enterprise environments, including modern no-, low-, and pro-code platforms. You will translate operational requirements into robust digital solutions, manage application architectures, and collaborate closely with business owners and engineering teams to maintain governance over development standards and the digital product pipeline. Requirements You should have a tertiary education, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least 1 year of experience in digital/IT project management, enterprise IT architecture, or digital transformation initiatives. You must possess good written and verbal communication skills, an ability to effectively translate business requirements into technical deliverables, and be a collaborative team player. Possession of certifications in project management, enterprise architecture, and/or business planning is advantageous.
