Key activities include describing data and information entities, comparing them with the records retention schedule to identify similarities and differences, assigning names to develop standardised nomenclature, and classifying them into a hierarchical structure of groups called taxa. The main deliverable of this project is a revised organisational taxonomy which is robust, comprehensive, and can be updated regularly over time. Requirements Library and information management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
