Job Description You will be part of the TradeTrust team under the Sectoral Transformation Group who will support efforts on the Digital Utility - TradeTrust, relating to Govt-to-Govt projects, International Standards Development, legal and accreditation related matters. Responsibilities • Develop and execute plans for Govt-to-Govt engagements and lead industry trials through collaboration with project stakeholders such as Trading companies, Financial Institutions, Logistics companies, and Business Service Providers to achieve our sector transformation objectives • Drive IMDA interests in standards development efforts with international experts at international forums • Develop and execute plans to build strategic partnerships with international bodies such as the International Chamber of Commerce • Support team efforts including but not limited to legal and Protection & Indemnity-related matters • Conduct research on policies and trends related to trade digitalisation and transformative technologies • Foster strong relationship with industry partners, and be regarded as a trusted trade digitalisation subject matter expert within and outside of the organisation • Participate in projects and initiatives beyond direct line of responsibility to support higher level organisation goals Requirements • Background in International trade/ Economics/ Engineering/ Computer Science preferred • Interest in international relations and Infocomm technologies, particularly in international trade • Good understanding of cross-border trade (trade financing processes is a bonus) • Stakeholder management and engagement skills • Project management skills (manage budget, manage timeline, scope and allocate work) • Communication skills (Good grasp of English, proficiency in a second language is a bonus) • Able to work independently or in a team and must be results-driven #LI-JL2
