What does it take to bring science experiences to audiences beyond Singapore? At Science Centre Singapore, we are looking for someone to help connect our attractions, exhibitions and experiences with audiences in China, while supporting the exciting line-up of campaigns and festivals happening closer to home. One week, you might be coordinating content for WeChat or Xiaohongshu, working with agencies on a China marketing campaign. The next, you could be tracking campaign performance, preparing marketing materials or supporting the launch of a major festival at Science Centre Singapore. This role sits within the Marketing team and focuses primarily on China marketing, with opportunities to support local campaigns. You will work with internal teams, creative and media agencies, and external partners to bring campaigns from planning to execution. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is suited to a fresh graduate or someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on exposure to digital marketing, campaign management and the business of attracting visitors to one of Singapore's leading science attractions. Responsibilities China Marketing & Digital Platforms • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeting China and Chinese-speaking audiences. • Coordinate content and campaign activities across Chinese digital platforms, including WeChat and Xiaohongshu. • Assist with content localisation, ensuring Chinese-language marketing materials are accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines. • Research China-market trends, digital platforms, audience interests and competitor activities. Campaign & Agency Coordination • Work with internal stakeholders, media agencies, creative partners and vendors to coordinate campaign deliverables. • Track campaign timelines, creative materials, approvals and outstanding actions. • Support media placements, content scheduling and campaign rollouts. • Assist with campaign administration, including quotations, purchase requests and invoice tracking. Campaign Performance & Reporting • Monitor campaign performance across digital and social media platforms, including reach, engagement, website traffic and conversions. • Compile and organise campaign data using Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and basic data analysis. • Prepare campaign trackers, performance updates, presentation materials and post-campaign reports. • Identify performance trends and highlight areas requiring follow-up or optimisation. Local Campaign & Event Support • Support the coordination and execution of selected local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, festivals and promotions. • Work with campaign leads to coordinate creative assets, media requirements and stakeholder deliverables. • Assist with outreach activities, roadshows and on-ground event execution when required. • Provide operational and administrative support during peak campaign periods. Requirements • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Preferably one to two years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, social media or campaign coordination. Relevant internship experience is also valued. • Good written and spoken English and Mandarin, as the role involves Chinese-language content and communication with China-market partners. • Familiarity with Chinese digital platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data organisation and basic analysis. Comfortable preparing reports and presentations in PowerPoint. • An interest in digital marketing and understanding how campaigns drive audience engagement and ticket sales. • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines. • Proactive in following up with stakeholders and comfortable working with agencies and external partners. • Willing to be hands-on, including supporting events and festivals when required. • Working arrangement: On-site at Science Centre Singapore, with occasional evenings and weekends during events and festival periods. • Send your resume along with one or two writing samples. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
