[PUB-WRP] Snr/Exec/Engineer, (Instrumentation, Control & Automation), CWRP

As an Engineer/Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer (Instrumentation, Control & Automation (ICA)) at Changi Water Reclamation Plant, you will play a vital role in treating used water to produce high-quality NEWater and ensure safe discharge to the sea. Working alongside a team of engineers and contractors, you will implement various maintenance strategies to keep critical water treatment equipment running safely and efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us. Your main responsibilities are: Responsibilities · Work with engineers and contractors to perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance works safely for M&E and auxiliary equipment in used water treatment processes. · Assist supervisor to devise maintenance plan and budget, procure essential spares, monitor spares inventory and utilisation of expenditures · Respond to equipment abnormalities and carry out SOP when required. · Utilise enterprise systems such as the Asset Management System for procurement, contract management, asset and inventory management · Support integration of instrumentation data with SCADA, data historians, and analytics platforms · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving safety, efficiency, and equipment reliability · Manage and implement maintenance contracts to ensure works performed by contractors are executed according to objectives and within budget Requirements · Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent · Able to work independently and a good team player · Able to respond to urgent situations outside normal working hours · Comfortable with working in used water environment and physically able to perform site works · Familiar with field instrumentations and its applications in used water treatment processes Work Location Changi Water Reclamation Plant
