[LTA-PT] DEPUTY/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT (EVENT)

Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager, Bus Operations Management (EVENT) Responsibilities [What you will be working on] • Review diversion routes and bus stop closures for public bus and bridging bus services affected by planned road closure during major events, such as Chingay and National Day. • Manage the coordination with LTA divisions and project teams (e.g. CRL, JRL, NSC) for daily/ad-hoc road closures required, including the development of bus publicity materials to keep commuters informed. • Review public requests on permit-to-park and filming to ensure minimal disruption to bus operations while balancing stakeholders’ needs. • Attend to feedback/ complaints/ suggestions from commuters, bus operators, and members of public on matters pertaining to bus diversions due to events. • Perform any other duties assisgned by the Reporting Officer.
