Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Mechanical Engineering & Integrated Digital Delivery)

Responsibilities • Plan, develop and manage training programmes for professionals and students, ensuring alignment with industry needs and educational standards. • Design, review and enhance programme curriculum and course materials to maintain academic rigour and industry relevance. • Curate and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through various teaching modes, including the incorporation of technology-enabled learning approaches. • Facilitate workplace learning through close collaboration with industry partners and mentorship of students. • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations, firms, and subject matter experts to enhance programme quality and relevance. Requirements • Relevant academic qualifications and/or professional accreditations, with demonstrated experience in Mechanical Engineering and Digital MEP Design and/or Digital coordination. • Proven industry experience and a strong understanding of Singapore’s Building Engineering sector, including prevailing industry practices, standards and sustainability requirements. • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and across multidisciplinary teams.
