Great ideas do not discriminate — anyone can have them. Housing Singapore’s largest community of intellectual property (IP) experts, IPOS understands better than anyone how important it is to protect ideas and creations for now and the future. We leverage on our deep technical, legal and business expertise to help innovative enterprises grow, through their intangible assets, including IP, from Singapore, through Singapore. We catalyse the ideas today, into assets tomorrow. We believe that how people work is just as important as the work itself. We drive transformation at IPOS by implementing and supporting organisational development and change management initiatives for the workplace. We also manage physical and digital workspaces, knowledge resources, office services, and data governance to provide a secure and efficient environment that enables officers to perform effectively. If you are someone who finds meaning in building the conditions for others to thrive, you will find a home here. Responsibilities What You Will Do As Senior Executive (Workplace Experience & Resilience), you will play a meaningful role in shaping that environment. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across workplace experience, resilience, and transformation, and is well-suited for those who are eager to grow, contribute, and help make IPOS a great place to work. Workplace Experience • Deliver employee experience programmes and engagement activities that foster a sense of community and strengthen organisational culture. • Support internal communications efforts that keep staff informed, connected, and aligned. • Contribute to space planning and the continuous improvement of shared environments. • Manage workplace operations and office services to ensure a productive and comfortable day-to-day environment. Workplace Resilience • Support workplace safety and health (WSH) governance and Singapore's national resilience efforts such as SGSecure and Total Defence. • Assist in business continuity planning (BCP) and resilience exercises to strengthen operational readiness and recovery capabilities. • Drive environmental sustainability efforts, including data monitoring, reporting, and initiatives in support of GreenGov.SG commitments and Green Mark standards. • Support security and access management, and contribute to maintaining a safe, secure, and well-governed workplace environment. Workplace Transformation • Contribute to department-wide and cross-functional initiatives that advance workplace transformation and support the broader organisational agenda. • Assist in the development and review of workplace policies, service standards, and processes to drive continuous improvement across WTD. • Support organisational development and change management efforts that help the organisation and its people navigate change effectively. • Collaborate with teams across IPOS to surface insights, identify opportunities, and help translate ideas into better workplace outcomes. Requirements What We Are Looking For We welcome applications from fresh graduates and those with some work experience. You will thrive in this role if you: • Are driven by the idea that great workplaces should be where people feel engaged, connected, and empowered to do meaningful work. • Connect the dots across people, culture, safety, and sustainability, and turn those insights into actions that make a tangible difference. • Communicate clearly, build relationships easily, and know how to work across diverse teams to get things done. • Are proactive and adaptable and can be counted on to see things through even as priorities shift.
