[SSP/OP] Manager/Senior Manager (Family Services, Service Management)

The Social Support (SSP) Group oversees the operations planning and delivery of social services for low-income and vulnerable groups. The Operations Planning (OP) Division oversees operations policy and service development to enable policy and programme implementation. Under OP, the Service Management focuses on the service management and development of Family Service Centres and youth organisations, as well as capability building of our partners. Responsibilities You will be working with the team on the following: (a) Service Management • Improve use of data for ops monitoring • Monitor performance of service providers • Conceptualise and implement engagement platforms with service providers (b) Service Development • Implement new initiatives with service providers • Pilot tech and AI tools with service providers • Co-develop practice guides with service providers (c) Capability Building • Develop and implement initiatives to build capabilities of service providers • Develop, review and implement competency frameworks and manpower strategies to support service providers in specific sub-sectors Requirements • Degree in any discipline, preferably experience in service management, youth or social work • Good data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word • Keen interest to leverage on tech and data • Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills • Good command of spoken and written English • Interest in youth/family/social work
