Carbon Mitigation Division (CMD) administers regulations and programs to mitigate greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions from industrial facilities, households and the Public Sector to contribute to Singapore’s international obligations to address climate change. For this role, you will join a team of officers in Labelling and Standards Dept (LSD) of the CMD to implement programmes to support Public Sector agencies in reducing their resource consumption. Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following: • Supporting the team in calling and implementation of resource audit tenders for public sector facilities. • Tracking agencies’ implementation of resource conservation measures following the audits. • Administering the GreenGov portal and assisting agencies/ building owners in submitting their resource consumption data. • Tracking agencies’ performance towards the GreenGov.SG targets • Supporting large public sector building owners to implement energy saving measures under the Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance (GESP) contracting model, including site inspections during various phases of the projects and verification of energy savings during the term of the GESP contracts. Your work will involve liaising closely with public sector building owners and include both deskbound work and on-site visits. Requirements • Diploma in Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering • 1-3 years of working experience related to HVAC would be an advantage • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving • Highly self-motivated, independent and resourceful • Good team player and strong interpersonal communication skills
