[LTA-TRO] SENIOR/ EXECUTIVE/ ENGINEER, ASSET STEWARD & MGMT (ROADS)

You will assist in management, maintenance planning and rectification of commuter facilities Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment in pedestrian underpasses, pedestrian overhead bridges and vehicle underpasses. Responsibilities You will also assist in preparation of tender specifications, managing and supervising commuter facilities M&E equipment enforcing safety requirements base on code and requirement – site activities, as well as carrying out quality/quality audit checks on works on site. Investigation of any lifts and escalators accidents. This will also include the management of feedback from the public, other government agencies and private developers. Requirements • Knowledge in Mechanical engineering • Knowledge and experience in M&E equipment such as lifts, escalators, pumps, ACMV, fire protection system. • Relevant experience in handing customer feedback will be an added advantage • Good writing, communication and interpersonal skill As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
