Responsibilities This position is responsible for the optimal operation of our facilities while driving sustainability initiatives and leveraging innovative technology, thereby creating efficient, environmentally responsible, and innovative workspaces that enhance operational efficiency. • Develop and implement sustainability strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, green building standards • Analyse data to improve facility performance and sustainability metrics and develop data analytics frameworks for informed decision-making. • Stay updated on emerging sustainability standards and best practices. • Coordinate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to align FM practices with organisational sustainability goals. • Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate FM technology solutions, including Building Management Systems and IoT solutions, to enhance Sport Centre's operational efficiency and facilities operations. • Ensure seamless integration of various FM technologies. • Ensure alignment of SportSG standard operating procedures to meet statutory requirements. • Procure relevant goods, services, and equipment to meet statutory requirements and to improve or replace ActiveSG's facilities, such as gym equipment, video/scoreboards, high masts, lightings, filtration systems, and M&E equipment. • To achieve Public Sector Taking The Lead In Environmental Sustainability (PSTLES) requirements on Resource Management Plan for selected sports facilities that fall within the requirement • Prepare technical briefs to select, appoint, and manage project consultants and contractors. • Provide administration and ensure knowledge management of project tender documents, processes, and timelines. Requirements We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 5 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas. • Innovative and Creative • Flexibility in the face of changing technologies and regulations • Strategic thinking and analytical skills • Good stakeholder management skills to influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups. • Team player with initiative who adapts well to change. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance.
