Senior Engineer (Enforcement & Structural Inspection Department)

Responsibilities You will be part of the team that regulates safety of existing building structures and slopes. In the course of your work, you will review engineering submissions by professional engineers and liaise with builders and building owners in ensuring the safety of building structures. As part of a dynamic organisation, you will also have the opportunity to work on other aspects of building control. Requirements • A degree in civil/structural engineering. • A practising professional engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board. Candidates who are not registered PEs but are preparing for registration with the PE Board would also be considered. • At least 5 years of relevant design and site experience. • Good command of spoken and written English.
