Engineer/Sr Engineer (Ops), TSDP (Tuas)

As an Engineer / Senior Engineer (Operations) Tuas South Desalination Plant, your responsibilities would include : Responsibilities • Assisting the General Manager in managing the operation of the plant to ensure that the plant is able to operate at design capacity reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with all stringent water quality requirements set by WHO, USEPA and EPH guidelines • Managing the deployment of shift operators to ensure that the water treatment process is monitored • Monitoring chemical usage and purchase of chemicals • Coordinating and executing the administrative and contractual work of the plant • Preparing estimates, specifications and tender documents for plant improvement works • Ensuring smooth interfacing of upgrading projects • Liaising with other PUB departments or Government bodies on issues related to the plant, including any audit related work. Requirements • Degree in Engineering • Candidates with relevant experience are preferred • Good verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and driven • Work well independently and also a good team player Work Location Tuas South Desalination Plant (TSDP)
