Support Sentosa's MICE business growth through sales administration, client relationship management, proposal development, stakeholder coordination, and business development activities. The role ensures seamless handling of sales enquiries, event-related administration, billing processes, partner engagement, and familiarisation programmes while delivering excellent customer service and supporting revenue generation. Responsibilities • Manage Enquiries & Sales Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming MICE enquiries from international and local clients, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses. • Develop Sales Proposals: Prepare and present compelling MICE proposals, contracts, and bid documents for Sentosa venues, products, and packages to potential clients. • Oversee Billing & Procurement: Manage the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Handle procurement-related paperwork and processes in compliance with government guidelines (GeBIZ) where applicable. • Coordinate Familiarisation (FAM) Trips: Plan, coordinate, and execute familiarisation trips for international MICE partners, travel agents, and corporate clients to showcase Sentosa's venue and experience offerings. This includes curating tailored itineraries and hosting participants. • Collaborate with Stakeholders & Island Partners: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) and external island partners (hotels, attractions, F&B outlets) to create integrated delegate offerings and ensure seamless event administration and execution. • Maintain Client Database: Develop and maintain an International MICE and Local Corporate Database to facilitate lead generation and follow-up activities. • Support Business Development: Support proactive outreach to generate new business opportunities through associations, corporates, and international channels. • Foster Relationships: Foster and enhance active communication and strong relationships with MICE organizers and corporate clients. • Prepare Sales Reports: Support in the preparation and periodic monitoring of sales reports and performance dashboards as necessary. • Undertake Duties: Undertake any other duties and tasks as assigned by the management. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline. • 2-3 years of experience in MICE, hospitality, tourism, events, sales support, or business development. • Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in proposal preparation, sales administration, and reporting. • Knowledge of billing, procurement, and GeBIZ processes is advantageous. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management. • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
