DEPUTY DIRECTOR, INFRA COLLABORATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT Responsibilities To lead and bring the Infrastructure & Development (IFD) cluster forward in adopting Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes defined in the digitalization environment of a common infrastructure information and data environment (InSIGHT 2.0). Manage the InSIGHT 2.0 system and develop integration plans with new functionalities to cater to new use cases in InSIGHT 2.0. This includes architecting a well designed user interface to ensure good user experience, and developing new functionalities such as AI-assisted capabilities and automated model checkers. Strategise and develop User Administration support plans and System & Application technical support competencies to support internal and external users of InSIGHT 2.0. Engagement of user and sense make of feedback to improve user interface and remove stakeholder’s resistance to utilize self-helped portals/platform. Content development on the InSIGHT 2.0 platform associated administration training for project administrators to configure their project environment, workflow, business intelligence tools etc. Define and develop a new knowledge management system for the archival data of InSIGHT 2.0. Define and prescribe infrastructure information standards for industry, scope of application and boundaries for BIM Level 2 & ISO 19650 audit. Requirements • Knowledge in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical) • Preferably with certification in Project Management Professional or Certified Professional Risk Manager • Advantageous if the candidate has a Masters in Digital Design and Construction / Digital Engineering Management / Digital Innovation in Built Asset Management or other digital related post-graduate education • More than 12 years of experience in Private and Public Sector including supervisory experience; of which, minimum of 3 years driving organisational wide BIM and digital transformation strategy. • Familiar with infrastructure project delivery. • Experience in developing and implementing Knowledge Management processes and systems As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
