You will contribute to the development of governance and policy frameworks that support the implementation of the USGF. This includes engaging government agencies, professional bodies and industry stakeholders to validate governance proposals, conduct policy and operational studies, support the development of governance models, accountability and liability frameworks, implementation approaches, and facilitate the review of legislative and regulatory changes required to enable the implementation of the USGF. The role requires (i) strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate governance and policy issues, (ii) good stakeholder engagement and communication skills to coordinate and facilitate discussions across government and industry, and (iii) the ability to translate stakeholder feedback and operational considerations into practical governance recommendations that support the implementation of the USGF. Requirements • 2–3 years' working experience in an engineering, infrastructure or built environment role, with exposure to policy development, governance, stakeholder engagement or programme implementation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and develop practical recommendations. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, briefing papers and presentation materials. • Experience in coordinating stakeholders across government agencies, industry or professional bodies would be advantageous. • Interest in governance, policy development and regulatory frameworks within the infrastructure or built environment sector. • Self-motivated, adaptable and able to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with Singapore's infrastructure, utilities or built environment sector would be an advantage.
