Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Teaching&Learning) - School of IT

You will be the subject matter expert in Teaching & Learning and play an active role in the academic, professional & personal development of your learners to prepare them for work & life. Responsibilities • Develop courses, teaching materials and assessment strategies as well as curriculum delivery and project supervision. • Spearhead and identify new opportunities, initiatives, and industry collaborations to stay aligned with the latest trends and evolving needs. • Participate actively in professional development activities such as T&L, industrial research and development projects or publication/ presentation of papers. • Possess a passion for working with youths, nurturing them and shaping their characters. Requirements • At least 3 years of relevant experience in related domain. • Relevant qualifications in the area of Education, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields of study. • Applies best practices and knowledge to enhance performance, services, and processes in T&L. • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and Java/C#. • Knowledgeable and experienced in working within Agile application development environments, with industry exposure. • Passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities. #LI-Hybrid
