The Therapies team in Healthcare & Biomedical Division is responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives to support the growth of therapeutic biotech companies, with a focus on Precision Medicine, AI in Drug Discovery and Development, biomanufacturing technologies, and clinical trials enablement. Responsibilities This role plays a key part in driving the growth and development of the therapeutic biotech ecosystem. 1. Industry & Programme Development • Formulate strategies and develop programmes to support therapeutic biotech companies. • Drive initiatives in key domains such as Precision Medicine, AI in Drug Discovery and Development, biomanufacturing technologies, and clinical trials enablement. 2. Enterprise Development & Stakeholder Engagement • Identify and account manage innovative start-ups and high-growth enterprises. • Work closely with government agencies and ecosystem partners to support company growth and expansion. • Engage stakeholders including venture builders, incubators, accelerators, and investors. 3. Market Intelligence & Industry Advancement • Research and analyse local and global industry trends. • Promote adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices. Requirements What You’ll Be Using and Applying • Degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related discipline. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in life sciences, biotech, healthtech, or related domains, with exposure to account management, business development, or similar roles (in biotech, healthtech, or start-up environment is preferred). • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively. • Demonstrated analytical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong business acumen and proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
