Families are the bedrock of our society. The goal of Family Life Group (FLG) is to build strong and resilient families, supporting them through all life stages. As the central division for FLG, the Operations Planning & Transformation (OPT) division is responsible for ops strategy, corporate planning, data and digitalisation, transformation as well as organisational development strategies for FLG. Responsibilities You will be part of the team to drive digital and technology transformation plans across Family Life Group, to improve business outcomes such as user experience, service delivery and programme efficacy. Our aim is to strengthen access to FLG services and programmes and deliver MSF’s strategic outcomes of encouraging marriage and parenthood. The role involves the following: • Supporting the review of FLG’s digital, AI and technology capabilities to optimise FLG services and programmes that involves both Ministry and Whole-of-Government (WOG) stakeholders. • Identifying technological gaps and opportunities to improve service delivery and programme implementation to better serve families through all stages of life. • Evaluating and addressing cross-cutting service gaps and enhance customer experience. • Developing technology use cases that can transform core businesses/service delivery in FLG. This includes working with key stakeholders to discover, design, prototype (e.g. proof-of-concepts) to scale up. Requirements To meet the challenges of this role, you should possess: At least 6 years of experience in service delivery and ops tech related work (e.g. developing or managing digital products). Experience in digital transformation will be an advantage. This includes areas of work such as digitalisation of operations, leveraging digital tech to improve business outcomes, creating digital products or platforms or encouraging innovation and experimentation in digital-tech or AI. KEY TRAITS - Strong analytical and critical thinking, writing and communication skills. - Good stakeholder engagement and project management skills. - Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver impact in greenfield environments - Strong interest and motivation to use digital technology and emerging technologies (eg. AI) to deliver social impact
