You will contribute to SID's talent attraction, retention and reward by developing, implementing and reviewing compensation strategies and policies to keep SID pay packages market competitive and relevant to organisational goals. Responsibilities • Work closely with senior leadership to design and review compensation strategies and policies • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of compensation policies and strategies • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and make recommendations for improvements to SID's remuneration frameworks • Ensure good governance over compensation policies and alignment with organisational values and objectives If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: • Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team • Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind • Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas • Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders • Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: • Experience in driving and implementing policies that directly impact the delivery of desired talent outcomes • Well-rounded expertise in applying and implementing compensation policies and levers as a compensation professional • In-depth understanding of the remuneration landscape in SID's context • Opportunities to hone networking skills through collaboration and engagement with both internal and external stakeholders Requirements • Roles for fresh graduates and mid-careers available • Prior work experience in policy, numerical data analysis and/or compensation functions would be an added advantage • Comfortable working with high volumes of data, including quantitative and qualitative analysis • Interest in ideating and conceptualising new ideas to develop strategic organisational-wide frameworks • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to see the big picture and also a keen eye for detail • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
