Dissemination Operations Officer (Analysis)

You will join a tight-knit, dynamic team responsible for the secure and timely delivery of SID’s intelligence assessments to policymakers. The role is operational and hands-on, requiring officers who can exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. You are responsible for dissemination plans for SID’s assessments, which include coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and improving SID’s dissemination platforms and processes. Responsibilities • Partner units producing intelligence assessments on dissemination timelines and appropriate channels to ensure intelligence reaches the right policymakers in a timely fashion • Formulate policies and guidelines that support intelligence assessment delivery operations and govern the usage of the dissemination platforms • Coordinate time-sensitive dissemination processes that require quick decision-making and adaptation to changing circumstances • Analyse user feedback and platform data to improve policymakers’ experience of SID’s dissemination platforms • Review internal tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness What you will gain: • Deeper understanding of the issues and developments that matter to Singapore and our policymakers • Opportunities to hone operational skills and instincts • Communication and stakeholder management skills through working in multi-disciplinary teams • Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills Requirements • Singapore Citizens only • Roles for fresh graduates and mid-careers available • Familiarity with the Public Service and security agencies is an advantage • Candidates from other sectors with high-tempo operational experience are strongly encouraged to apply • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
