Dissemination Operations Officer (Analysis)

You will be part of the team that ensures the smooth, secure, and timely delivery of SID products to policy makers. Part of your work will be to oversee, manage, and drive innovation of SID's information dissemination platforms. Responsibilities • Leverage understanding of Singapore's policy-making landscape to tailor dissemination of SID products to the relevant policy makers, in support of their decision making on national security issues • Formulate policies and guidelines that support product delivery operations, and govern the usage of the dissemination platforms • Oversee the smooth operation of various dissemination platforms, including troubleshooting delivery issues • Analyse user feedback and telemetry to improve user experience of SID's dissemination platforms • Conduct reviews on internal tools and workflows to improve the performance of SID's dissemination platforms What you will gain: • Deeper understanding of the issues and developments that matter to Singapore and our policymakers • Opportunities to hone operational skills and instincts • Communication and stakeholder management skills through working in multi-disciplinary teams • Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills Requirements • Roles for fresh graduates and mid-careers available • Working experience in the Singapore Public Service preferred • Experience in operations management preferred • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
