Intern - AI Routing Systems

You will be responsible for optimising municipal feedback routing systems through documentation, testing, and enhancement of our AI classifiers. You will be involved in the end-to-end process of understanding how resident feedback are routed, systematically documenting misrouting incidents, and identifying opportunities for enhancement. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documenting complex routing workflows, monitoring AI model performance, and implementing technical improvements to routing accuracy. Responsibilities The responsibilities include: - Monitor AI model performance, conduct systematic testing of AI classifiers, document feedback misrouting patterns and identify areas for improvement. - Fine-tuning LLM prompts for better routing accuracy, experimenting with different chunking methods for document processing and optimising retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. - Additional tasks include supporting ad-hoc analytics requests, assisting with predictive model refinement, and helping automate machine learning workflows within the AWS environment. Requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Attention to detail and systematic approach to documentation - Proficiency in data manipulation tools (Excel, Python, SQL) - Experience with LLMs and machine learning concepts (preferred) - Studying AI or Analytics-related studies will be preferred too.
